Founded in 1927, Glennon’s is the longest-established food wholesaler in the Midlands and a proud fourth-generation family business based in Birr, Co. Offaly.

For almost 100 years, we have built our reputation on reliable service, quality products and long-lasting customer relationships, proudly supplying cafés, restaurants, hotels, pubs, takeaways and retailers across a wide area of Ireland.

Today, we stock over 7,500 product lines, covering everything from ambient, chilled and frozen foods to beverages, coffee shop supplies, packaging, cleaning products and catering essentials. Customers can order online, speak directly with our experienced sales team or visit our Cash & Carry, making Glennon’s a convenient one-stop supplier for businesses of every size.

From our central base in Birr, our own multi-temperature delivery fleet operates regular routes throughout the Midlands, the West, East and surrounding regions, serving customers from Galway and Limerick through the Midlands to Dublin with regular deliveries extending into the North West. This growing network allows us to combine broad regional coverage with the dependable, personal service of an independent family business.

Our roots in the Irish wholesale sector go back generations. Before joining Stonehouse in 2000, Glennon’s had been a member of the National Wholesale Grocers Alliance (NWGA) since the 1960s, continuing a long tradition of collaboration within Ireland’s independent wholesale trade.
